You're going to have a great time in this charming, one-of-a-kind place. In addition to enjoying a delicious breakfast, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the Valley of Mexico and the mountains, including "La Dormida" (Sleeping Woman). Your room is very comfortable and bright, perfect for resting, concentrating, and working. You can enjoy the sunrise from the terrace or take a kayak or canoe trip through the canals of the wonderful and legendary Xochimilco. You can also take a guided tour of the chinampas. The space The apartment is very bright and cool, it has a lot of ventilation, the living room, dining room and kitchen are a good size and are only shared with me and my cat, sometimes with visitors I may have. Your room has an excellent view and lighting. It is an ideal place to read and do remote and creative work. If you want to use a bicycle to get to know the area, I can rent you one and accompany you for a ride if you wish, or you can explore on your own. Because the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Zócalo of Xochimilco, all the tourist and local wonders that characterize this area are very close on foot or by bicycle. *Please let me know in advance if you'll need the bike. *I offer long-stay discounts. *I advise you on tourist and sports activities in Xochimilco, as well as tips for getting to know the rest of Mexico City. * I can offer you the following services: -Cayuco ride through the canals in the agro-ecological zone. -Discount on ecotourism experiences. -Kayak ride to see the sunrise and/or in a trajinera. - Guided hikes to nearby mountains and forests. -Therapeutic and ceremonial temazcal. -Camping on a chinampa, with a campfire, paddling pool, tree house, breakfast and other services for the whole family. I can give you a tour by bicycle or canoe. (Ask for the cost) *I offer you a personalized tour of the canals of Xochimilco. If you are interested, ask me for reports in advance to give you the details. * I can help you get a discount on a couple of activities, such as guided tours of demonstration chinampas, private trajinera rides, kayaking, and camping. *If you need parking, please let me know. *If you are interested in any of these options please let me know to be ready in advance. *The main and typical market of all Xochimilco is an 8-minute walk away, and right in the streets where the apartment is located there are many places to find good supplies for cooking or typical and local food to eat. *A cute kitten named Ernest lives with me *It is very important that you pay attention to the instructions for your arrival. Xochimilco is an area with many alleys and unusual streets because it is surrounded by water canals, and the apartment is located between the center of Xochimilco and the protected natural area.
