The space The first floor offers an inviting living room, a stylish dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, and utensils, plus a full bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, the second floor features three comfortable bedrooms and another full bathroom. The third bedroom opens to a serene community indoor lounge overlooking the canal with distant ocean views. This upper level—on the building’s 4th floor—is also accessible by elevator. Every room includes a smart TV with high‑speed Wi‑Fi and cable through the Spectrum app and Roku. Guest access The entire unit is for your access, except the closet under the stairs. Resort amenities available by wearing a wristband. 9 wristbands provided for your stay. Replacement wristbands are $15 each if lost. Other things to note The indoor pool is located in Building A, directly across the parking lot. The outdoor pool is in the back of the condo complex right above the fishing station and marina. Follow the canal around until you see the boats/marina. Wristbands must be worn by each guest while swimming, fishing, or barbecuing onsite. 9 wristbands are provided. There’s a $15 replacement fee for lost wristbands. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee depending on other guest reservations. Please ask us. **Toiletries are provided to last a couple of days, depending on group size. Renters may have to replenish for themselves for extended stays or larger groups.
