Ladies/ Wedding Family, Welcome home!

My parents' 1983 home renovated with all modern amenities. I would like to let out three bedrooms (bath-attached) and certain common spaces to women or a wedding family. Located on Seaport-Airport Road, Karingachira, close enough to the city but not in the countryside either, this spacious home has proximity to supermarkets, malls, banks, ATMs, restaurants, schools, hospitals, the metro, railway station, airport, etc. I am an interior designer that promotes sustainability. I live here. The space A four bedroom house, all bedrooms bath-attached, spacious living-cum-dining-cum-pantry, kitchen and utility, sit-out in the front and back, driver's room, and garden in the front and back yard. Situated midway between Karingachira and Irumpanam on Seaport-Airport Road, close to Ain Supermarket and Canara Bank (ATM), this home is well-located, close enough to Tripunithura, Kakkanad, Ernakulam Town, Fort Kochi and even Nedumbassery Airport, and is sheltered from the buzz of the city. All the rooms are fitted with ACs, all the bathrooms have geysers. Other amenities include CCTV, washing machine, clothes line, iron, iron stand, fridge, cooking range (gas), microwave, oven, all kitchen appliances, and one bathroom fitted with grab rails. Only three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom) and the common areas on the ground floor will be let out. Guest access Since I live in the house, the gym, loft and my bedroom past the loft on the top, and the office and studio are out-of-bounds. Other things to note I am particular that the guests can only be ladies, a group with ladies or a wedding family, since I live here.
