The charm of this old farm, bordered by a typical mountain stream, will enchant you. you will enjoy comfortable accommodation and a private terrace. the bicentennial walnut tree, outdoor games, swimming pool (50 m2) and stream will ensure peaceful moments. you can also share an unforgettable moment with our mediation donkeys. We'll wait right here for you! The space warm, friendly and comfortable. Located in the municipality of Tholy (about 1.5 km from the village) in a very quiet area accessible by a very small mountain road, 10 minutes (9 km) from Gérardmer and its lake and about 15/20 minutes from the ski areas. the accommodation is located in a part of our home with a separate entrance. It includes a 30 m2 living room equipped with 2 sofas (including a sofa bed) with a kitchenette/bar area. a double bedroom. a bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet, sink. We can provide you with everything you need for babies and toddlers (baby bed, bottle warmer, high chair, booster seat, etc.) Other things to note cool and carpe diem. mutual respect for others. regarding pets: - only dogs are accepted. - no pets alone in the accommodation. - all useful measures must be taken to limit any trace of their presence (mats/beds, blankets, towels, bowls, waste bags...). Details about the pool: - swimming pool shared with the owner's family. As a general rule, we strive to let you enjoy it fully without nuisance (use in turns). - it is generally open from June 15 to September 1 (+/- 15 days). - access prohibited to unaccompanied children and pets. - water toys and terrace furniture are made available free of charge. Refund requested or identical replacement in case of breakage or puncture.
