You have a separate entrance for total privacy and safety. Note: The 3rd floor is not currently in use at all. We have wonderfully quiet full-time 1st floor tenants and we request that you be courteous neighbors! We are always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. Trendy, popular for eating, bars, shopping, and relaxing! We ask that you drop off people and luggage in the driveway, then park on the street. Our full-time 1st floor tenants use the driveway and garage.
