The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase, complemented by a private garden dominated by a majestic cherry tree and a spacious panoramic terrace. On the ground floor you will find the living area, consisting of a living room, a large kitchen and a bathroom. The sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of a double bedroom and a triple/double bedroom connected by a hallway, where there is a comfortable workstation for smart working with a bookcase and a large desk lit by an arched window. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and the bedrooms with cold/hot air conditioners. From the hallway and the master bedroom you can access the large terrace of 25 sqm. The property is completed by a semi-basement floor connected to the garden where you will find a well-equipped bike room and laundry room. LIVING ROOM: The living room welcomes you at the entrance with typical cross vaults and consists of a living area with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a television and a dining area with a large extendable table. Also upon request, an infant bed can be added. WORKSTATION: The hallway that joins the two rooms has a bookcase with a desk, perfect if you need a space to work on your computer. The workstation also has a printer and scanner. GARDEN In the garden you can relax in the greenery while enjoying a beautiful view of the Calice Ligure valley. Fenced on four sides, it has a small barbecue area with wooden table and chairs. In the center of the garden stands a beautiful cherry tree - from which the house takes its name - which on flowering days provides a true spectacle of nature. TERRACE The large, sunny terrace offers a splendid view of the Calice Ligure valley. There you will find a large table with wooden chairs, two comfortable deck chairs and a cantilever umbrella. BIKE ROOM The bike room has a rack that can accommodate up to five mountain bikes/e-bikes. It also has a bike maintenance stand equipped with tire iron levers, an air pump, a set of allen wrenches, and a set of wrenches.
