Available: - two bedrooms + living room with heated floors + kitchen with washing machine, porch, terrace, grill - first bedroom in a 2+1+1 configuration (double bed + two single beds) - second bedroom with a 2+1+1 configuration (double bed + two twin beds) - living room with 140x200 sofa bed for 2 people - bathroom with a large shower stall and a hairdryer - fully-equipped kitchen, stove for cooking, pots, plates, glasses, mugs, espresso machine, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator h=180 cm, dishwasher, washing machine - Smart TV with NETFLIX (YouTube and other apps) - fireplace - equipped with: towels, bedding, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, toilet paper - a separate garden with a grill for the exclusive use of version B - clothes dryer - vacuum cleaner and other cleaning accessories OUTDOOR SPACE 1) A stream flows through the center of the resort with three bridges that lead to the pool, playground, and the barbecue and campfire shelter. 2. Outside, there is a fire pit with a tripod grill and a gazebo with tables and benches, under which there is also a concrete grill. 3. Outside, a heated water pool is available from the beginning of summer until late warm days. 4) Two Russian banyas (hot tubs) with 3 tons of hot water at a temperature of 38-40 degrees Celsius. Prepared on individual request of guests and subject to an additional fee. 5) An outdoor sauna in the form of a barrel located in the riverbed directly above the river, with a 200 cm diameter glass window overlooking the flowing water. Prepared for individual guest requests and subject to an additional fee. 6) A playground for the youngest with a swing, a footbridge, a climbing frame, etc. 7) A field for handball, darts, etc. Guest access We provide access to the pool, and each cottage has its own exclusive grill, but there is also a barbecue area with a fire pit. In addition, there is a sauna in the form of an overturned barrel standing literally on a stream, with a 200-cm diameter glass pane overlooking the river. A hot tub is also available - 3 tons of water heated to 40°C for 6 people. Both the sauna and the hot tub are prepared for individual guest requests, meaning only the person who makes the request will use these amenities. This is related to the cost of 250 PLN (~60 EUR) for the hot tub and 100 PLN (25 EUR) for the sauna, regardless of the number of people and regardless of how long you want to use the given attraction during the session. Other things to note SMALL EQUIPMENT AT THE OLD MILL - small and large towels, bath towels, beds with bedding, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and fabric softener for the washing machine, liquid soap in the bathroom, dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, cleaning accessories including a vacuum cleaner SWIMMING POOL - an outdoor swimming pool measuring 4x8m and with a depth of 100 cm is available from May until the end of the warm summer days, mainly for children, but also for adults. The water in the pool is heated by special panels that collect the sun's rays, and the water temperature depends on the amount of sunshine. SMALL CHILDREN - it is possible to order a baby bath, potty, toilet seat, step stool, and a travel crib for small children. The heated floor and washing machine will probably make your stay with small children easier. PETS - we welcome guests with pets, assuming that they can accept a new place to stay in a way that does not disturb other guests and that they relieve themselves in the designated areas outside the fenced area. We do not charge additional fees for pets. KITCHEN - fully equipped with small appliances - 4-burner induction stovetop, a 200-cm tall refrigerator with a freezer, a 60-cm dishwasher, a microwave oven, a washing machine, an electric kettle, as well as tableware for up to 10 people (cutlery, plates, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, dishwasher tablets, etc.), an espresso machine, and a coffee maker. BREAKFAST - optionally, you can purchase breakfast at the guesthouse, which can also be delivered to the cottage. However, please check with the staff to see if we are able to fulfill the order at that time. GRILL - Guests have access to a large, exclusive grill right next to the cottage (only for version B), and for version A of the cottage, the grill is available under a shelter. STREAM – a stream flows right by the wall of the Old Mill, visible through a large window also from inside the cottage. FIREPLACE – basically, during the heating season, the cottage has heated floors, and for pleasure, there is a semi-automated fireplace available so that anyone can easily light it with the push of a button. The fireplace is powered by Eco pellet - pressed sawdust. HOT TUB / RUSSIAN BANYA - the perfect way to spend an evening is in a fantastically relaxing Russian banya, which works similarly to a sauna, except that the pleasure lasts 1-2 to 3 hours in water at a temperature of 38°C, instead of 5-15 minutes in a sauna. Due to the long process of heating 3000 liters of water, it is required to report the preparation for a minimum of 8 hours prior to the intended use. We prepare the banja upon individual request from guests, and this is subject to an additional fee. SAUNA - however, for those who think they will die using the Russian banya, there is a Finnish sauna to warm up well in winter evenings and more. The sauna is located outside in the form of an overturned barrel standing right above the stream, with a huge viewing window 200 cm in diameter overlooking the stream. We prepare the sauna upon individual request from guests, and this is subject to an additional fee. DRYING ROOM FOR SKIERS/ATHLETES - during winter and summer sports - shoes, gloves, hats need drying. A special equipment drying room is provided for our athletes. INTERNET - High-speed (ORANGE - fiber optic up to 900Mb) and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. SUN LOUNGERS - To comfortably use the surrounding green area, there are sun loungers at your disposal. PARKING and ACCESS – right next to the asphalt road, there is a parking lot prepared for a large number of cars. There is a gently sloped asphalt road to the guesthouse, where any car with a two-wheel drive should manage.
