The CaveB Lake House is backing a man-made lake, amongst desert landscape, and perched above the winery and Columbia River Gorge, and offers sweeping views and 300 days of sunshine per year. This 1200 square foot two bedroom, two bath home sleeps 6 comfortably, with king sized beds in both bedrooms, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house has a full sized kitchen with gas stove top and oven, custom wine rack, and a BBQ on the back deck and everything needed to entertain, or stay in. The house has an oversized slider off the front and offers overhead heaters and a firepit on cool evenings and a priceless view of the Columbia River Gorge. The house backs a private community lake, that is a perfect view for for relaxing- that is, if you aren't hiking, mountain biking or enjoying one of the best concert venues in the nation. * Please note that this is new construction, and there is still construction in the area for other houses.
