Guest access You have access to the entire space plus building amenities. Please make yourself at home. Also, you have resort access to 3 clubhouses as part of Chalet Village Club that includes these: -Swimming pools -Pool table -Foosball -Air Hockey -Ping Pong -Tennis Courts -Kid's playground -Work out room -Assorted yard and video games The clubhouses are open Memorial Day until Labor Day. The Tennis Court is open year round. Other things to note Please keep in mind that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. The driveway up to the cabin is short and steep, but fully paved. Please refer to the guidebook we provide for tips on how to get up the driveway. We recommend 4WD especially during the winter months. Although heavy snow is rare in the Smokies during the winter, it does happen occasionally. Snowfall typically occurs from December through March, and sometimes as early as November. During winter weather, driveway conditions may vary, and snow removal is not guaranteed. 4-wheel drive may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions. Guests should plan accordingly and ensure their vehicle is suitable for winter mountain conditions. We strongly encourage checking the weather forecast before traveling. Please don't feed the bears and please lock your cars for their safety and yours! When it comes to disposing of trash, please utilize the bear trash can provided if you need to place it outside.
