The space Poinciana is an exquisite 2-bedroom Great House Villa with a private plunge pool set on a quiet corner of its spacious terrace and with far-reaching views of the gold course and Caribbean sea. The villas is situated on the ridge of the hill adjacent to the elegant 18th century Georgian Great House and just a short stroll from the amenities including the restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centre, beauty salon, shops golf course and beach. Poinciana is built in a modern colonial style and is set on one level. Inside, the interior design combined with modern kitchen and bathrooms make for a very luxurious atmosphere. Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and French doors open to a section of the terrace and the private plunge pool. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, and opens through French doors to the terrace with spectacular views. Poinciana offers a wonderful great room for living and dining indoors and a separate full kitchen. Both open out to the full-length terrace which is partially covered for outdoor dining and with an open area for sunbathing and relaxing in the plunge pool. • THE RATES INCLUDE STAFF COMPLEMENT • The villa is staffed by full-service housekeeper who provides maid, laundry, and breakfast service and of course knowledgeable insight to help you make the most of your stay! Not included in the rate is the food and drink, but shopping will be done for you. Dinner is available at the Great House Restaurant which is a short stroll away. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years of age and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.
