There is a covered market opposite the residence 3 days a week. The Bois de Boulogne and Roland Garros are a 10-minute walk away. The nearest metro station is just around the corner, making it easy to get into Paris and surrounding areas. Cat lovers are welcome, I have a young Korat. The space My flat overlooks a courtyard and is in a quiet location on the second floor of a three-storey building with old-world charm, without a lift. It measures 55m², and features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, an open-plan kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and a Nespresso-style coffee machine. The guest room, which sleeps two, is bright and has metal shutters on the window. It has a double bed (140 x 200), a small desk area and a wardrobe where I’ve made a bit of space for you if needed. Guest access Happy to share all the other parts of the flat with you, apart from my bedroom, which I’m using myself. I’ll give you a set of keys so that you can come and go as you please during your stay. Please don't forget to return the keys before leaving the flat for good. During your stay Of course, I remain available throughout your stay, you can reach me at any time on my mobile. I speak English and French fluently, and I have a reasonable command of German. Other things to note Your bed will be made before you arrive, and I also provide one bath towel per person. For everyone’s comfort, please do take your shoes off once you arrive at the flat. You are welcome to bring slippers if you wish; I have wooden flooring throughout, except in the guest bedroom, which has carpeting (steam-cleaned regularly). My cat won’t bother you, but please do make sure he doesn’t escape into the staircase when you open or close the front door. He’s lively and swift!
