The space This gorgeous apartment is situated in Sinza Mapambano, just about 1.5km from Bagamoyo road. It's located right across from Mapambano primary school and very close to Power Gym. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and two bedrooms. You'll also find a single bathroom and toilet in the unit. Plus, every room and the living room have air conditioning and fans. There is a washing machine and a backup power inverter to keep the lights and fans on during power outages. Guest access When you arrive, the security guard will warmly greet you and provide you with the keys to the house. You will have free access to the entire house and all of its amenities. The outdoor space is shared with other tenants of the building, but interactions are minimal, and the property is usually very peaceful. Other things to note We supply initial electricity units (LUKU) at a daily rate of Tsh 7,000, equivalent to $3, for a weekly units at the rate of Tsh 50,000, equivalent to $17, and a monthly units at the rate of Tsh 200,000, equivalent to $70.
