The space Nestled on 14 acres of serene countryside, this quiet ranch house invites you to slow down and savor the moment. As the sun sets, the pellet stove fills the room with warmth, the hot tub bubbles beneath a canopy of stars, and the firepit crackles, casting a golden glow into the night. By day, explore winding backroads to local wineries, take a scenic drive to the racetrack, or wander between the Finger Lakes’ most charming destinations—all just beyond your doorstep. Guest access All unlocked areas are available for guest use. Firewood is supplied for campfires. Other things to note Our goal is for guests to bring as little as possible to enjoy their stay. we supply all cooking utensils, spices, coffee (sugar & creamer), tea, fresh towels and linens, and bath products to make your experience as hassle free as possible. PELLET STOVE is available from November 1st to March 31st. ***DISCLAIMER*** This property is located in the country. With this type of setting you may encounter various insects and creatures that include, and are not limited to: Spiders, ants, bees & wasps, snakes, raccoons, deer, and many other types of country wildlife. The insects are often larger than you'd normally find in a suburban type setting. I lived on this property for years and never encountered bear or any other large animals. I am adding this simply because people who aren't used to this are often frightened by these creatures. I find it rare, but it does occur, so just keep this in mind prior to booking. The house is also on a well water system. I do have a sulfur and iron filtration backwash system to minimize the potential sulfur odor emitted from the well water. It does a great job, however you may still sense the odor if you have a sensitive nose. The odor is harmless and the water is potable. There is a Brita water filter in the refrigerator.
