A short walk from the central square, it is 150 m on foot from the Imola circuit and about 50 m from the municipal theater and the train station. You can enjoy the tranquility of the pedestrian area and a historic atmosphere thanks to the magnificent frescoed ceilings, decorated walls and fine finishes. Public parking in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartment is built on two floors. On the first level, there is a large kitchen, a large living room where you can set up a single bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom/study with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard. Upstairs, accessible via a convenient internal staircase, there is a room with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, and a private hallway area with an armchair. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of a building equipped with a small elevator, which is accessed via a ramp of a few steps. During your stay I live a few minutes away by foot and always leave my mobile number with guests at check-in. Upon request, a shuttle service from the parking lot to the house is available at the agreed time. An extra cot can be requested for an infant/child up to 2 years old. Other things to note The accommodation tax of the Municipality of Imola is €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of €7.50 per person; it is not included in the Airbnb calculation and must be paid at check-in. Children under the age of 14, minor children from the second onwards if they stay with their parents and people with a certified disability of more than 74% are excluded.
