The horse track was located where the nearby private country club is now located. So while there is a lot of history here and everything is functional, please be aware that this is an older complex. We have done our best to update and upgrade and we’re always improving, but we can't change the year it was built! Each unit in the complex is on the smaller side. **Please Note: This unit has a dedicated parking spot but it is not covered. Also, this unit backs up to the cleaner's laundry area. It is possible to hear laundry noises during the laundry hours (9am-5pm). Guest access You have full access to the entire condo and common community areas.
