This centrally located yet private end of road home makes for a quaint and quiet getaway for vacation, work stay or just passing through beautiful SoHum. Less than 1/4 mile off Highway 101. Our booking strives to offer guests an economical hotel(suite) like stay w/ basic kitchen needs plus a small front yard. Grill and relax on the front deck with dogs. Relax inside and enjoy Directv and wifi. Walk to downtown Garberville in 5 minutes. Gorgeous SoHum community park and river access 1 mile away. The space This is a clean and simple two bedroom, one bathroom, newly remodeled house located in Garberville close to everything. There is a private small front yard with a deck. The back door exits into a laundry utility room, which then exits to a backyard. Access to the backyard is not included in the listing . There is a one bedroom guest apartment attached to the back of the house which the owner may possibly access during your stay thru the backyard. The apt is not occupied except for occasional owner access. The listings private front yard and private driveway will never be accessed. Dogs welcome-must declare in booking request. Guest access There is a small private driveway for the house on the south/right side ( address marked on fence). The main door is accessed on the deck in the front yard of the property. The key will be in a keypad lock box on the front door on the deck. The back door goes into a detached laundry room. This is a property on a dead end road with no turn around for motor home/trailer hauling vehicles. Please keep this is mind if you are hauling a trailer or are driving an RV-this will not be the house for you-huge apologies. Other things to note There is a one bedroom apartment attached to the house. This apt is not rented or for rent. Owner MAY possibly access the back apartment or the back yard shed during stay but only thru the back yard. Front yard is always private. You must declare if you are bringing a pet, and how many when you make a booking request. Two dog maximum. Arriving with a pet without declaring it will cause immediate cancellation of booking without refund. Additional undeclared persons staying as guests will also cause immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
