Heritage two bedrooms suite - Walk to Downtown!

Welcome to our sunny top floor two bedrooms suite with beautiful mountain views and private entrance. Baker Street is a quick 5 minutes walk away so you can easily reach restaurants and bars, cafes, boutique shops and enjoy all that Nelson downtown has to offer. Tastefully decorated suite with AC featuring an office space and stunning views from the sunny southwest oriented patio. Famous Epiphany cakes and Nelson Brewing Company are 1-2 blocks away. Historic downtown core is 4 blocks away. The space Open plan 800 sqft (75 m²) suite with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, office corner, and an additional twin bed in the living room nook. Suite entrance is accessed via private staircase leading to the suite's patio. Main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined together to make a king bed. Air Conditioning units are installed in both the main living area and the bedroom with twin beds. Air purifier available upon request. Shuttle pick-up point to/from Whitewater ski resort is 2 blocks away. Our suite features a ski and snowboard rack as well as a dedicated storage space for bulky boots and winter coats. Other things to note Suite includes a fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry appliances and laundry detergent. Baby gears are also available upon request (high chair, portable crib, tub, toys). Free street parking adjacent to our house. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 adult guests or 5 guests including a mix of adults and kids. We are located very close to downtown so light traffic noise can be heard during rush hours but becomes quiet in evenings and nights. The suite is located on the top floor of a heritage house. We live on the main floor with our two young children and two cats. Our AirBnB is licensed as short-term rental by the city of Nelson (License 6331).
