5kms away from Manali, the Julley Home is an off grid visual feast with private sit outs amidst Apple orchids, dotted with pahadi artwork on the inside. The view? Sunset view, waterfall view, snowclad Mountain view or an apple orchard view—you'll find it all just by sitting on your bed. Unwind over your favourite beverage while you enjoy a 360° view, play boardgames,sketch, paint, watch some TV in the day or dine under the stars (much of which comes from our organic garden in the backyard). Experience the most incredible sunsets, waterfalls view, mt. friendship peak view and Manali skyline just right from your window while you sip your favourite beverage on a super cosy evening. Guest access The guests can access the hall, garden and apple orchard around. Please note that kitchen access is not allowed. Other things to note The farmstay is a little further from the road: to get to the farmstay, one needs to walk through the apple orchard for at least two minutes. No worries, we can arrange help for your bags. (Please note that if the luggages are heavier, we can apply a pickup fees). •Price is only for stay •Heater & bonfire are available on extra charges •Cab & Bike rental references can be provided •Food is available in the stay. We have a full time cook to make meals. (He lives in the house) •We don’t provide room services. It’s a self service space. House rules: •No smoking inside the house, only on balconies. •No loud music •No visitors are allowed inside Other things to note: •If the rooms are found unacceptably messy, a deep cleaning fee will be charged. •A late checkout will be subjective to extra charge. •Paid Parking is available. •Kitchen access: is not allowed to guests. In any special case, the charges will remain the same whether guests cook or we do. Note: No guests is allowed to get groceries from outside and cook in the kitchen.
