Our Beach Home is enjoyed by families, friends, colleagues and pets! Unwind and have some fun! Stunning sea views from the upstairs deck and bar area. Private pool and garden for kids to play and others to relax. 5 minute walk to swimming and pet friendly beaches. We have an Invertor, Solar panels, Wifi, DSTV and back up water tanks. For your safety the property is fully fenced, alarmed and ample parking. A short drive to restaurants, shopping, Ski-Boat Club and medical facilities. The space The house has a contemporary, modern and open plan style. A lot of effort has gone into beautifully furnishing all areas to make it feel like home. Downstairs offers open plan lounge and dining area which opens up onto the pool and lovely garden. It also has a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a large grassed back garden and double garage. This area can be used for kids ball games and has a washing line. All the 4 bedrooms are downstairs and all have ensuite bathrooms. Linen and bath towels are provided. Upstairs has open plan lounge/dinging/games area with a t.v. The large bar opens up onto the fully furnished outdoor deck and includes a gas braai. Entertainment paradise for young and old! If you need to do some work there are many places you can set up a temporary workstation. Guest access When you book this private property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note This holiday home is self catering and does no include cleaning services during your stay. Should you require a daily cleaning service please contact us and we can make arrangements in advance through our local managing agent. Please note this will be a daily rate paid in advance to the managing agent. When quests leave we require the home to be left tidy and the dishes to be in the dishwasher. Please can any wet towels be left in the bath/s when leaving.
