As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, the kitchenette is complete with everything (including a dishwasher) where you can eat for up to 4 people, very sunny and with a very pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. Here you can relax with a good coffee or watch a movie (Prime Video available, possibility to connect personal Netflix account). The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and balcony view, both complete with a wardrobe and bedside tables and with a small work area. Finally, the new bathroom is equipped with everything you need, with a large double shower box. Available free of charge you will find air conditioning (one split sufficient for the whole house) Wi-Fi connection, washing machine with clothes rack, ironing board and iron, hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is ideal for visiting the Eternal City: 100 meters away are the bus and tram stops, while 500 meters away is the C "Pigneto" metro, which in just 7 minutes (4 stops) leads to the Colosseum and the main tourist sites.
