A private parking space is available as well as a place to work. A romantic patio on the Mühlbach invites you to relax. Bamberg can be reached in a few minutes by car or city bus. Within walking distance: City bus to Bamberg: 1 min. Supermarket & bakery: 3 minutes, restaurant: 3 minutes. The space Located on a quiet side street. All rooms and the bathroom are intended for private use. Living room: Bright, friendly living room with dining area and workstation. A PC with Internet access is available. A TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix is available. The sofa is foldable and can be used as a sofa bed if needed. A sound system with Bluetooth and aux is at your disposal. This is portable and can be taken to any room, by arrangement also outside. Kitchen: Bright, friendly and brand new fitted kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, toaster, contact grill, kettle, egg cooker, smoothie maker, soda stream, fridge, ceramic hob (4 fields) and oven. We provide coffee beans, tea, sugar, sweetener, coffee milk, syrup for the SodaStream, spices, vinegar & oil and also dishwashing liquid. The fridge has a freezer. Bedroom s: Also bright and friendly with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m - box bed) and wardrobe. A TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix and a sound system with aux input are also available here. An aroma diffuser provides a pleasant scent if needed. For longer stays, it is possible to change the linens. Bath: Modern daylight bathroom with shower, which has a built-in seating. Towels and shower towels are also available for changing. Hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap and many other bath and toilet articles (e.g. deodorant, hairspray, cotton swabs, wet toilet paper, disposable razors, etc.) are provided. Outdoor seating: If you want, you can use the romantic patio on the Mühlbach with a glass of (Franken) wine or morning coffee. Seat cushions can be found in your apartment. Duck feeding is expressly allowed ;-) Kids under 2 years old: We provide a travel bed, bedding and high chair. Other: A washer and dryer are centrally located in the building's utility room (available upon request and for a fee). An iron and ironing board are available. A lockable room for storing bicycles brought along is always available. Also a charging option for e-bikes. Other things to note The bathroom, which is intended for exclusive use, can be reached via a staircase.
