Guest access The building was a traditional hotel in Porto Alegre and its rooms were transformed into Studios. *Shared common spaces* Coworking - Ground Floor • Avoid eating in the Coworking space, but if it happens, clean the countertops and put the trash in the proper trash can located in the kitchen. • Organize the chairs you use. • Turn off the lights when you leave. *Kitchen - 2nd floor* • Keep it organized and clean; you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. • Wash all objects you use and place them in the dish dryer. If the dryer is full, empty it and store it in the storage area (door next to the sink). If everyone does a little, everything stays organized. • If you leave food in the refrigerator, identify it. • Return the chair to its place after use. • There are two trash cans, recyclable and organic, please use them properly. • Turn off the lights when you leave. • Bring back to the Kitchen every item you take to the Studio, such as: glasses, cutlery, pots, dish towels, etc... *Coexistence - 2nd floor* • Turn off the lights when you leave, organize everything you use. Put the chairs in their places, along with the cushions. Clean up after yourself. Everyone wants a clean and organized environment. *Rooftop - 13th floor* • Use of the terrace is free. • To barbecue, it is necessary to schedule with the owner. • Return the space clean and organized, including the barbecue, tables, counters and floor. • Turn off the lights when you leave. *Laundry – Basement* - The laundry is accessed with a unique and non-transferable TAG and costs R$9 for a single wash. The laundry TAG is inside the Studio (blue, round and very flat). Each user must bring their own cleaning products. Other things to note The building does not have parking but on the street in front it is possible to find several private parking lots open 24 hours.
