This charming unit is located St Albans Drive off West Bay Street. Our home is conveniently a 6 minute bus ride to the US Embassy, Downtown, Pirates of Nassau, Saunders Beach and Junkanoo Beach. A short 15 -20 minutes walk, offers easy access to Fish Fry (Arawak Cay), Restaurants, Beaches, Nassau's local attractions and shopping. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to their private entrance units, bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Other things to note 1. Grocery: Hadji’s Market Place (8 minutes away) 2. Transportation: We provide guests with the contact information of three taxi drivers, whom they can message to arrange airport pick-up. Once on-site, take bus #10 or #12, the bus stop is an 8-minute walk from the apartment. 3. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but is allowed outdoors. 4. Energy Conservation: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the apartment to conserve energy and avoid fire hazards. 5. Quiet times – Quiet hours: 9PM to 8AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times. Be considerate of other guests in nearby units. 6. Luggage - Luggage drop off allowed provided guest request it prior to arrival and someone is in place to receive the item. Additional Fees: • Damaged or soiled towels (e.g., from makeup, mascara, or sunscreen): $20 per towel • Lost keys: $25 • Late check-out (after 11 a.m) is $50 per half an hour by request ONLY authorization is required Note: We currently have three units available.
