Perfect house for rest and enjoyment with your family and your pet, it has a swimming pool (HEATED), 4 spacious bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING, (2 en-suites), and also has 1 mezzanine, integrated living room and kitchen with high ceilings, balcony with barbecue and outdoor shower, almost all flat. We have a beach kit (sunshade, chair, cart and cooler), baby kit (bathtub, meal seat and crib), games, Wi-Fi in all rooms. 50" SmartTV (Disney+, GloboPlay, HBO, Netflix, Prime). She is great and super attentive to requests (hire her directly) Guest access Karina or André will check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 12 p.m. (flexible on days without rental before or after) The house has parking for up to 5 cars inside or 4 in front of the house Guests have access to the entire house Guests can use everything in the house Other things to note Attention to Babies, we DO NOT charge an additional fee for Babies: - Please inform us if the baby will need the KIT (crib, bathtub and feeding seat) Attention to PETS, we DO NOT charge an additional fee for PETS, but we ask the following: Note: Sorry to describe all these restrictions, but as a Pet owner and host, it is necessary due to common occurrence. - Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing pets, so we can leave the stainless steel water bowl and feeder available - It is important to be aware of preventing damage to the house and to inform us if there is any - it is not allowed to use bath towels to dry pets. - Pets are not allowed to climb/sleep on beds and sofas; if unavoidable, you will need to bring your own bedding. - Please collect your pet's waste from the garden. - We love receiving pets, but they are NOT allowed in the pool. If they enter, a fine of 1 night's stay will be charged. - For stays longer than 7 nights, a new cleaning fee will be required to change bed linens and bath linens, in addition to cleaning the house. To avoid wasting energy, we suggest always turning off the lights, fans and air conditioning when not in use. For this, we provide a 60 kw/day allowance, enough for a day of comfortable use of the entire house. Additional use will be calculated and charged at the end of the stay at the rate of R$2.00 per 1 Kw. Verification will be done at check-in and check-out.
