Come and stay in our country house, an old Norman building completely renovated and decorated in 2022, located on a large wooded and enclosed plot of 2000 m2. Very comfortable and warm, it consists of a large living room of 60 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. You will enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Ideally located 3min from Pourville-sur-Mer beach and less than 2 hours from Paris. The accommodation includes: A large living room with a large sofa, coffee table, large TV, dining table, reading room with armchairs, a first desk. A room with a large double bed (160x200). A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a second work desk. A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. A large dressing room with a wardrobe in the living room. Toilet and linen provided. An outdoor terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue, umbrella. At your disposal: Bicycles, outdoor games (Molkky, Badminton), hammock, board games, books. For your total comfort, the rate includes the provision of sheets, bath towels and pellets for the pellet stove. Please note that we do not provide sheets for the crib. Other things to note The house is located 2.5 km from the sea (Pourville-sur-Mer beach), in the heart of the Alabaster Coast. The beach is accessible by bike via the greenway, (about 10 min) or by vehicle (about 3 min). Within walking distance, a very good bakery and a pharmacy. (800 m) 5 minutes away, there is a large shopping area with supermarket and many shops. The house is located on the edge of a TER railway line (connections mainly in the morning and evening on weekdays, no train at night).
