The space This is a HUGE loft designed to comfortably host a large group of friends, family, colleagues or teams. The main floor has a full kitchen and dining table for 12 people. In addition, an adjoined space seats another 8 people for dining, games or just to hang out. Lounge in the living room area and people watch on downtown 4th street or stream your favorite shows/movies on the brand new 65" TV. Get your game on in the enormous game room, equipped with shuffle puck, foosball, arcade games and cornhole. The third floor has 3 bedrooms: The master with a king bed, a second bedroom with 2 queens and a third bedroom with a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeping 6 people total in the third room). With ample bathroom space, the loft is also equipped with 3+ bathrooms containing 4 private showers and 3 commodes. There is also a laundry room on the third floor for your convenience and use. Guest access You have all the spaces above to yourself. This is a second/third story walk up and is therefore not suitable for anyone who is unable to use stairs.
