The Marie country house is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house just for you. Here is a place to feel good, to switch off, to come to rest. No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage. The space You have the Marie country house with the 5,000 square meter property to yourself. No immediate neighbors. There is everything you could expect in such a vacation home. In the kitchen you will find the most important oils, spices, coffee, etc. A large fridge with freezer compartment. For hygiene, of course, two bathrooms with towels and toiletries. On the south side - veranda - you can look over the fields to the horizon. About the location or surroundings of the house: There is no tourist area around us. This also means no restaurants nearby and no delivery services. Cooking yourself is the order of the day here. Guest access As a rule, we usually welcome guests and hand over the keys in person. Other things to note For (city) people who want to find peace and quiet. For people who like to go for walks (especially with a dog): You can walk for hours here without encountering another soul. In summer, you can swim in the natural lake, and in autumn, you can harvest the fruit on the property. Of course, there are sights nearby that are worth visiting. For example, the national cultural heritage site, the Peene River, the future cultural center of the Mecklenburg Lake District - Brook Castle - but also the Hofbäckerei Klee bakery in the neighboring village, among others. The Baltic Sea is an hour away by car. 1. For hygienic reasons, pets are absolutely not allowed on the beds or on the sofa. 2. If, on a booking for a maximum of 2 people use more than one bed, a flat fee of 200 euros per stay will be charged for the additional bed. 3. If friends, family, etc. come to visit overnight during an already booked stay, we will charge the same fee for the additional overnight guests as for a regular booking. These fees are shown in the booking form for our country house. 4. We expressly allow only house-trained dogs, regardless of their age. All others must please stay at home.
