The Marie country house is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house just for you. Here is a place to feel good, to switch off, to come to rest. No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage. The space You have the Marie country house with the 5,000 square meter property to yourself. No immediate neighbors. There is everything you could expect in such a vacation home. In the kitchen you will find the most important oils, spices, coffee, etc. A large fridge with freezer compartment. For hygiene, of course, two bathrooms with towels and toiletries. On the south side - veranda - you can look over the fields to the horizon. About the location or surroundings of the house: There is no tourist area around us. This also means no restaurants nearby and no delivery services. Cooking yourself is the order of the day here. Guest access As a rule, we usually welcome guests and hand over the keys in person. Other things to note For (city) people who want to find peace. For people who like to walk (especially with a dog): You can walk here for hours without meeting a person. In summer you can swim in the natural lake, in autumn harvest the fruit on the property. Of course, there are sights nearby that are worth visiting. For example, the National Cultural Heritage, the Peene, the future cultural center of the Mecklenburg Lake District - Brook Castle - but also the Hofbäckerei Klee in the neighboring village and more. The Baltic Sea is an hour's drive away. 1. For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the beds or on the sofa. 2. If, for a booking of max. 2 people use more than one bed, a flat rate of 200 euros per stay will be charged for the additional bed. 3. If friends, family, etc. come to visit during an already booked overnight stay, we will charge the same fee for the additional overnight guests as for a regular booking. These fees can be seen in the booking form of our country house.
