We live in the top floor and will be as available as you need, but if you like more privacy we also have self checkin options. No pets . The space This is a 2 king size bedroom basement in the lower level of our home! The suite has a private entrance in the side of our house, the suite has a living area and a full kitchen, there is free parking within the perimeter and and private bathroom in the suite. Additional guests will incur a charge of $40 per person per night. Anyone who enters the house beyond the number of guests in your reservation will be charged as an additional guest.
