Sun Villa Apartment - A quiet rest in the jungle

Hello! We wish to welcome you to wonderful Weligama. The space is a private upstairs apartment with huge windows and wonderful porch looking out on coconut and mango trees. Monkeys and rare birds can be seen in the big private yard. The house is 800 metres from the town - making it quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful. There are bake shops and other shops to buy daily needs within 100 metres.The beach and the surfing points are 10 minute walk.Walking distance to town The space The house is newly finished and is fully equipped with everything to be happy. Rooms Room 1 features a king bed with a working table, a chair, a dressing table,air-conditioner and a ceiling fan. Room 2 features a king bed with a dressing table,a ceiling fan and a pedestal Living room features a sofa with coffee table,a ceiling fan and a 32 inch TV. The spacious balcony provides a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere to work on line or to taste coffee or just relax while watching the birds and chipmunks in the large garden. It features two verandah chairs, a coffee table and a pedestal fan. The Kitchen Cooker,blender,oven,two door refrigerator with freezer,cooking utensils,cutlery,dishes,plates and glasses. Dining area A large dining table with dining chairs to enjoy your meals Bathroom features a hot water shower-The heat and the pressure can be adjusted for your liking. Outside Dining area. There is a table with four chairs in the garden if you like to enjoy your coffee or meals with the nature. Two bicycles There are two bicycles for the guests to use free of charge. The owner can pick up the guests from the Weligama railway station or bus station in his car if the guests use public transport to check in. Guest access The seperate downstairs apartment is lived in by the owner and family. The big private yard is shared and guests are welcome to the fruits ( Mango, papua, guava, rambuton, coconut) and curry leaves when in season.
