You will have complete access to all the common areas of the property. We provide you with alternate day cleaning whose charges are included in the tariff. In case of any emergency, we can arrange for help from staff on-site in due time as might take owing to the location. There is a high speed internet connection, and is perfect for those who wish to work remotely from our apartments. Swimming pool timing: 7 AM to 7 PM Car parking is available for the guests outside the society gate. [Security at the gate 24/7] Other things to note Soft copies of the IDs of the guests shall be needed at the time of check-in along with entries in our register as mandated by the local laws. The valid IDs are an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, and Passport Procedure for foreign nationals: Foreign Nationals checking in our property will be required to provide a copy of their Passport and Visa. We will also require a passport-sized and details for Form-C, as mandated by the government of India No other guests besides the number mentioned in the booking will be allowed in the apartment. Any changes made to the number of guests will be at our sole discretion and as per the maximum occupancy we allow in the apartment.
