There are three beds on the upper level (king, queen & queen in the loft) and the master bedroom (king size) & attached bath on the main floor with access to side patio and hot tub. The home sleeps a total of 8 in beds. Fully stocked kitchen, dining table and seating for 8. There's also an outdoor patio table (seats 8) as well as smaller table to enjoy coffee/morning sunrise for 4.
