The space Set on 18 private acres, enjoy a woodland escape where creek, lake, and forest meet. In the 1800s, this land was the heart of Fulmerville, a small town that included a schoolhouse, tannery, and general store. At its center stood the post office, which still stands today as our stone cottage—a quiet and enduring piece of local history. A large creek wraps the property, feeding into your own private lake—perfect for swimming, paddling, or relaxing on the dock. From there, the water flows out again into a gentle waterfall. Perched on a hill above the lake, the house offers peaceful views from every window. From the back porch, you can relax on the rocking chairs and listen to the creek and the soft rush of the waterfall. Wander private trails, canoe the lake, or roast s’mores by the fire pit. The home is stocked with games, toys, and outdoor fun to keep families entertained. A beautiful state park with more hiking and waterfalls is just around the corner.
