The villa features two spacious double bedrooms, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, a wood-burning fireplace for the winter, a large living room with a cozy seating area for TV watching, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining area, two bathrooms, and toilets. The complex also offers a magical garden area of 1000 square meters, with many areas for enjoyment: A swimming pool (11x5 meters), heated in the winter! A relaxing spa Jacuzzi for ultimate enjoyment. You can also enjoy the beautiful garden, which includes the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and cozy seating corners. Please note: The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and garden may be shared with guests from the smaller villa in the complex, depending on the booking status. If you are the only guests, you will have complete privacy. You are also invited to use the children’s play area, sun loungers, and the herb garden. Private parking is available for your convenience. Other things to note Please note that the complex includes two villas, and the large yard, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and other public areas may be shared with guests from the second villa in the complex. However, if you are the only guests, you will enjoy complete privacy in the yard area. Additionally, please be aware that we offer personalized food services upon request, with custom menus tailored to the guests' budget and preferences. The price does not include VAT, except for tourists presenting a B2 visa.
