The windows are large and bright, and although the apartment is on the mezzanine floor, it is very bright. The fast Wi-Fi connection also makes it suitable for those who need to work remotely. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a very large walk-in closet, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed if necessary, and 1 bathroom with a window and a bathtub. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. Two induction plates, an undercounter refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Of course, there is no shortage of dishes and glasses and everything you need to go with them. The bathroom is spacious and bright thanks to the window overlooking the greenery of the internal courtyard. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests, two of whom can be accommodated on a sofa bed. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. Upon arrival, you will find: - Beds ready (except for sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use). - Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest). - Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for separate waste collection. Other things to note Check-in procedures will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In compliance with Italian rental law, we will be required to request a copy of identity documents for the communication of guests to the Public Security Authority. It is always necessary to make a request for stays longer than 30 days. In case of acceptance, it will be necessary to sign a contract, provide documentation certifying the temporary nature of the stay and be in possession of an Italian tax code.
