Home with all access to Rumbling Bald The space Welcome to Turkey Run! Enjoy the inaugural season of this newly remodeled 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home that is secluded in 4 acres of wooded beauty. Nature lovers can unwind on the screened-in porch, where sightings of deer and turkeys will be almost as regular as the rippling sound of water flowing through the two nearby creeks. The main level of the home has a beautiful modern kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals and includes a dual coffee maker. The luxurious primary suite is located on the main level as well as two other bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has plenty of seating around a large 60" TV where you can stream all your favorites with the high-speed fiber-optic internet connection. If you can't agree on what to watch, don't worry, there are 5 big screens TVs in the house! The home continues downstairs where you will find another large bedroom with private bathroom. You can sleep four in this room thanks to a spacious king bed along with a daybed/trundle bed combo. Everyone will enjoy the pool table and game areas downstairs as well as the kitchenette, mini-fridge, and laundry area. If you are looking for fresh air, you can also walk out to a 500 square foot screened-in porch overlooking the 14th green of Apple Valley Golf Course. Explore the yard and gather around the fire pit with friends and family for a trip you won't forget!   Your stay includes full access to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more!  Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa.  Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available (seasonal).  Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis. The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care to soothing massages.  The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, organic soaps, and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. No Smoking.  No Pets.   Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this home.  Cancellations/Transfers: Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure  agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages. Housekeeping Supplies: There is a starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you may purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
