It is set and decorated in an elegant and cozy style inspired by the sea. Guest access The Aquatika 2303 apartment has private and comfortable spaces for guests. You can enjoy three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. It also has a beautiful kitchen, dining room for eight, living room and family room. Upstairs, you can enjoy an open terrace, perfect for your family nights. Other things to note The slide is available on Saturdays and Sundays. Only one of the pools has climate control. There is a $12.00 per person charge by the condominium administration. Once the number of guests is confirmed, the charge will be sent to them through the app. Clarification: At this time, the tennis courts are out of service for lighting repairs. Also, the remodeling of the passive river pool will begin on 1/27/25. For this reason, it will not be available for your enjoyment. Four other pools will be in regular operation.
