Bring your own Netflixs, Hulu, etc codes. No pets are allowed. The space Location is ideal! Walking distance to the downtown area, with a terrific view of the river and buff on the other side. Mount Adam is directly across. Big double city lot property with a Victorian home that has been retrofitted into five studio apartments. All the perks of living in a nice downtown residential neighborhood, yet it is an affordable studio apartment. Walkability, safety, quiet, and quick access to the highway makes this place great for anybody living in or visiting Hood River. From there, each suite has a private lock going into the space. There is an outside patio area in front of the building, a side patio under the big trees with a grill and picnic table to enjoy the area outside. Other things to note Parking is always something to be considerate of, make sure you pull all the way forward and leave minimum space between cars to allow as many cars to park on the block.
