Three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the ground floor of Calle Castillo, Chamberí, accommodating up to seven people. It includes two double beds, one single bed, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. Amenities include air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, fans, an iron, and a portable clothes rack. Access is via KeyNest. The space Welcome to the charming flat in the picturesque neighbourhood of Trafalgar. This modern, renovated space is just a 10-minute walk from the old town, located on a residential street that is itself home to a wide selection of restaurants and shops. Perfectly suited for families and groups, the flat is fully equipped to offer a comfortable and welcoming experience. It has two bedrooms: one on the main floor with two double beds (one with TV) and one on the lower floor with a single bed in a mezzanine. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed to accommodate 5 to 7 people in total. Two full bathrooms with shower, one of which houses a washing machine for convenience. For those wishing to enjoy the cool breeze, there is a small private inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing. Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor, but it is necessary to go down some stairs to access one of the bedrooms. Although not particularly bright, the bedrooms overlook interior courtyards, while the living room offers views of the street. A set of keys is provided for your convenience. In addition, a complete welcome amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find a welcome kit with dishwasher, scouring sponge, multi-purpose cloth and rubbish bag. Enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in this well-equipped home in the heart of Trafalgar! Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. Trash cans outside after 8pm. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
