The space Pine House is a large 160 sqm apartment designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests right in the heart of Sorrento, offering generous space, privacy and high-quality finishes. The layout is spacious and well balanced, making it ideal for families or groups who want to share their stay without ever feeling crowded. The heart of the home is the bright and airy living area, where natural light and refined materials create a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The lounge features a comfortable leather sofa, a custom wall unit with bookshelf and a 50-inch Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Wooden floors add warmth, while the balcony and large dining-area window flood the space with light. The dining area, with an elegant glass table and leather chairs, is ideal for shared meals. From the living room, you access the spacious and modern kitchen, centered around a practical island that invites cooking and social moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It also includes a dedicated dining corner with table and chairs and two bright balconies, making it pleasant at any time of day. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, well separated from the common spaces. The three double bedrooms are all spacious and bright, each with a private furnished balcony, air conditioning, TV, large wardrobes and luggage space. Bed linen, blankets and pillows are provided in every room for a comfortable rest. The apartment offers two full bathrooms plus a guest toilet. The main bathroom is especially convenient, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, double sink, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom, with purple accents, includes a shower, toilet and bidet. The guest bathroom is equipped with toilet and sink. All bathrooms come with towels, courtesy toiletries and hairdryers. An additional highlight is the dedicated laundry room, complete with sink, washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning products, ideal for longer stays or families. Guest access Check-in takes place in person, with a member of our staff welcoming guests and providing useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area. For this reason, it is necessary to agree on the arrival time in advance, and guests will be contacted privately before their stay. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. A late check-in can be arranged, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM €50 from 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. These procedures allow us to ensure a smooth welcome and attentive assistance from the very beginning. Other things to note Pine House is located in the very center of Sorrento, an area where a car is not required, thanks to the immediate proximity to the train station, port, historic center and main services. For guests arriving by car, public parking facilities are available nearby, with daily rates generally ranging from €25 to €36 per day, depending on the parking structure and season. Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID, required for mandatory registration with the local authorities, in accordance with Italian regulations. A city tax applies and must be paid in cash upon arrival, from April to October, with exemption for minors.
