Within minutes to shopping and dining in Anderson, SC. Two bedrooms on the lower level contain a twin bed with a ceiling fan. A full bathroom divides the two bedrooms. Bathroom contains a spacious shower, sink and toilet. All linens and towels/wash cloths included. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bar soap provided. Pre-pasted toothbrushes also provided. A very sturdy custom built ladder with rails leads you to the loft area which contains two twin beds. Extra blankets provided. Our outdoor kitchen area contains a dining table, tv, sink, Blackstone stone grill and all of the essential tools for grilling. Corn hole boards provided for your entertainment. If there should be anything you need, Dollar General is just 1/4 mile away. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house. Other things to note Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay. A limit of 3 pets and pets are not allowed to be on any of the furniture! Pets are not allowed to be left inside the cabin unattended! Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the cabin. However, smoking is allowed outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw butts on the ground. A $100 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the cabin (smell, ashes, etc.)
