The 3rd floor above has 2 more bedrooms. The back deck and front porch have outdoor seating for dining and relax. A grill in the backyard is for shared use. Guest access Guests have access to all the common areas, including living rooms, kitchen, laundry room, backyard (with a BBQ grill), back deck, front deck, and front yard. You have your own private bathroom and living room downstairs. Note: The utility room in this house is downstairs also, next to the living room. Although the living room is only for you to use, the area might be accessed by owner or maintenance staff from time to time to reach the utility room. You may or may not be notified for such access, and as such your privacy in this area is limited. You can park your car free in the driveway of the property or on the street. Garage parking is available for a fee. We supply basic amenities in the common spaces like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, plastic bags, basic spices, and cooking and dining utensils. During your stay I'm available via phone call, text message, or message via your booking platform. Other things to note The living room downstairs is not totally private. Our utility room is downstairs, next to the living room. The owner and his maintenance staff must go across the living room to access the utility room occasionally. We don't ask for your permission to access the utility room. We may or may not notify you before we go to that area. Other than that, the living room is yours to enjoy. If you want absolute privacy in the living room downstairs, this place is not suitable for you. The grill is charcoal type. You need to buy your own supplies.
