There is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with full bathroom just outside the room. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional guests. The association provides access to a heated pool in the courtyard with two other pools available on-site. The building is elevator serviced and has a covered parking space as well as guest spaces nearby. There are gas bbq grills should you use those while on your Dream Vacay. While you won't have resort amenity access including the resort pool with slide, hot tub, resort beach equipment/rental items, you will still have access to the restaurants, pool bar, grocery store, spa, tennis/pickleball and the beach. Some of those require an additional fee, so please check with us for more information. There isn't a reason to stay with the resort as you can choose your exact unit with us, save about 50% compared to resort rates and never pay a daily resort fee.  **Please note that the Island and complex are still recovering from Hurricane Ian.
