*Whole cottage to yourself as I’m away for work! Very special Snowdonia sea view cottage, c.1800, Located on tiny quiet lane of Harlech town, leading to coast. Very quiet! Magnificent views & front terrace seating area. Sky TV & fast WiFi. Well equipped kitchen you’re welcome to use- high quality cookware & coffee bar, log burner in lounge. Marble ensuite. Free parking near. Golf course & beach walkable. Check-in from 4pm. There will be a few personal items around as it’s my home, but very tidy. The space Kitchen & lounge to use as you wish. The Harlech Grocer is 3mins walk away and sells a selection including local meats, pastries, etc! Kitchen with washer dryer, airfryer, microwave, cooker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, cafetière, tea offerings, rice cooker, slow cooker, magic bullet, food processor / chopper, small fridge / freezer, a crazy amount of high quality cookware so very chef friendly. Lounge with antique furniture, log burner, Sky TV, fast WiFi! Outside front terrace with seating area - having incredible sea views overlooking Snowdonia mountains! As this is my main home, there will be some personal items of mine throughout the common areas but very tidy. Your bedroom is completely clear of any personal items, and guest appropriate for your stay. Guest access Private ensuite small double bedroom. You’ll have use of all the cottage to yourself and benefit from privacy, as I only rent the room when I’m away with work! The second bedroom is mine and locked off. Please use the kitchen and lounge as you desire, as I won’t be in the house, so all for you! Help yourself in the kitchen to teas, coffee, oils, spices, etc as and when you wish for cooking- you’ll also have a cleared space in fridge. The Harlech Grocer is 3mins walk away and sells a selection including local pastries, meats, etc! I love my life here, I’m very happy to share tips and recommendations anytime, I just work away lots travelling and this is too nice of a cottage to be empty! If you’re cooking meals, you’re very welcome to use the dining area and lounge of course as it’s all to yourself, also the front terrace has table & chairs to enjoy the views! Since there is no cleaning fee as extra, I hope you’ll understand this step helps keep turnover time & extra costs down, so you get a great value room. There is a log burner in the lounge, please bring your own logs / kindling / firefighters if you’d like to use this (it’s fabulous once going!), as I’m unable to keep a supply present. All fire items are sold 3min walk away at Seasons & Reasons shop in Harlech near the Castle on high street, very reasonably priced.
