A spacious, beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, dog friendly apartment with it's own *heated* parking garage space on site. We welcome up to 1 well-socialized, well-trained dog with a $75/dog pet fee per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms or studios for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. Please add the Furry Friend fee upon reservation. → CHECK IN | 4pm - 10pm CT Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable. → CHECK OUT | 11am CT Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late checkout should be directed via Airbnb messaging before the the morning of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge. → STAFFING / Emergencies Our staff is available by email/text message between the hours of 10am-7pm. We are always happy to help! Call 911 for all emergencies → CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in installments, with the first month's rent due six days prior to arrival - at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation. Guest access You'll have access to the entire two-bedroom apartment and heated garage. Other things to note The mail area is located near one of the main entrances, while we do not provide mailboxes for rentals please keep this in mind if you plan on having anything sent to you. Calling the local post office and have your mail forwarded to them is the easiest way to make sure no mix ups happen.
