The space This beautiful new house, built in late 2022, is the perfect combination of modern luxury and traditional charm. On the ground floor there is a garage that is covered and in the shade. From the garage you go up to the first floor where there is a living area with a beautiful kitchen and dining room, and a living room with a balcony. There is also a large fireplace on the first floor. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, including the room with the fireplace. Then you climb the beautiful stone stairs made of Brac stone to the first floor, where there are two rooms with bathrooms, and a private balcony with a view of the sea. You continue to the second floor where there are also two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a balcony perfect for relaxing. The rooms have balconies where you can comfortably sit when you want solitude or just enjoy the view of the bay, every corner is designed for comfort and enjoyment. At the end is a real hidden pearl, a swimming pool on the roof of the house measuring 2.20 m * 7.40 m. The pool is heated, has two sun loungers, one in the sun and one in the shade. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay, from above you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The modern interior, with details of Brač stone and wooden elements, creates a warm and elegant atmosphere, while the top-quality beds with quality mattresses and satin linens are a guarantee of a perfect vacation.
