The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with plenty of seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with tanning shelf/umbrella, sun bathing area, grilling station, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax! The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms. The third floor features 2 built in queen over queen bunk beds, a bonus game room, full bathroom, and a wet bar/mini fridge to store snacks and drinks. Guest access All of Sandy Stroll's entire property and amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! Along with the home's property, you will have access to a private, deeded beach access point dedicated to our community. Other things to note Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay! CANCELLATION POLICY: We do offer a cancellation policy for our guests based on the booking platform, as follows: -Cancellation Policy for VRBO: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date. -Cancellation Policy for AirB/B: Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee (AirBnB will not refund this). If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
