Bright and spacious near the sea

Bright and spacious one-story house with private, lush garden in scenic Bjärred. You can easily get here from Copenhagen Airport, Malmö and Lund, for example. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet and child-friendly area close to the sea, green areas of greenery, playgrounds and a soccer field. The sea is a quarter of an hour's walk away and there is a beach, jetty, ice cream parlor, restaurant, cold bathhouse and nature reserve. In the village there are also more good restaurants. The space The house has a bright and open floor plan with large windows overlooking the private garden. It has four bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with a large dining area and two fresh bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The west-facing garden is private and lush with apple trees, walnut trees, almond trees, gingko, figs, sea buckthorn, lavender, berry bushes and fresh spices. On the large wooden deck there is a dining area and sofa group and in the garden there is also a kettle grill and trampoline. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note As guests, you are welcome to pick fruit, berries and fresh spices in the garden, but with consideration for future guests and ourselves. In return, we ask you to water the garden and inside so that what grows continues to do well. Parties and other events are not permitted.
