Hamburg Cove House

Hamburg Cove is paradise on earth ! This unfussy, original tiny 1 room fishing cottage is the ideal retreat for nature lovers! Tucked away in a long dirt drive (1.25 miles) of potholes, banked by ferns, set up high above Hamburg Cove, you have 700 ft of waterfront to be as close to the action and also as private as you want. Slowed down, mindful living while being peacefully in nature. Enjoy a swim, kayak, paddleboard, fish off the dock, enjoy farm fresh eggs, eat veggies from the garden. The space This is our main residence. This is not for fussy or stuffy guests. Lyme is a lovely down to earth town. We hope you will enjoy seeing our kids toys, use our pots and pans, and admire our plants in the gardens. This is a well lived in house with cracks, dents, and other weathered things. We hope you treat with care and make new memories in our special home with your friends and family! We want you to depart relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed! Guest access Our neighbors are kind and lovely. Please stay off the neighbors properties, and respect our neighbors privacy. There is a reason why we live in the woods! 😉 Other things to note This is a year round New England destination. You must have a 4x4 wheel drive vehicle to access the dirt driveway and roads in the winter! There is absolutely no vaping, cigarettes or marijuana on our property allowed. You would be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your stay’s cost.
