Swimming pool of 10 m2 (4 m x 2.5 m), 1.20 m deep with security alarm (unheated). The house consists of 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a 200 x 200 bed with a new mattress and closet. And 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds and closet. 100% cotton bed linens provided, bath towels included. Arrival kit (2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 dish towel, 1 coffee pod per adult, 1 bath mat…) There is a garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles only. The courtyard is under video surveillance and is closed by a gate. There is also a camera in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped, Senseo coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, sofa, fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi. Enjoy its covered terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue and sunbathing.
