Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for family stays and bachelorettes. ⚓ New 2026: Nautical photo arch! The space The property is a single family home in Newport county in the town of Middletown, just 5 minutes to Newport and 10 minutes from First Beach. The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a private backyard great for summer activities. Upstairs, you will find the renovated kitchen attached to the dining room with seating for 10, 3 similarly sized bedrooms each with its own TV and desk, and 1 full bathroom. Downstairs is the living room, game room, and 2nd full bathroom. Outside is the deck which splits the main home from the studio apartment where I live, the large yard with outdoor seating for 8, hidden speakeasy with the hot tub, outdoor shower, and the Rhody Rambler. The backyard is fully fenced in with 3 gates, the perfect area for kids and pets! There is a baby pack and play, high chair, baby monitors, baby bath, changing table, and toy bin. I live in the studio apartment for 6 months out of the year. I travel quite a bit so you may never see me, but if you do please say hi! I enjoy meeting new people, but am conscious of the fact that this is your vacation and I will respect your privacy. The home sleeps 6 adults with extra space for children under the age of 12. The hot tub room with poker table and speakeasy bar are also for the guests use, but may require a bit of searching to find the entrance.. Guests do not have access to the tall shed out back. Guest access Guests can access the main home via the front door upon initial arrival, and can use the front door or the side door after that. Guests have access to the main home, finished basement, washer/dryer portion of the unfinished basement, deck, yard, and the situation room. Guests do not have access to the shed, or unfinished section of the basement sectioned off from the washer/dryer. Please park in either of the two driveways. Parking on the lawn is prohibited in Middletown and parking on the street is for residents only. If you have more cars that can fit please message me first. Quiet hours start at 10pm.
